As calorias não mudam. Se estiver em déficit calórico, independente do horário da refeição, irá emagrecer. Porém, quando vc reduz as calorias à noite, principalmente dos carboidratos, vc potencializa a perda de gordura. Isso ocorre pq no período noturno nosso corpo é mais resistente a insulina, devido a produção da melatonina. Com isso a captação da glicose no sangue não é tão eficiente, favorecendo o acúmulo de gordura e o aumento da glicemia. Por isso, procure reduzir as calorias à noite.
