Let me start off by saying that I am in a priveledged situation. I have a partner that allows me to prioritize workouts. I have access to a gym. The gym is in my apartment and close by. I don’t always have to take both kids with me to be able to workout. But here’s the thing, you have to prioritize workouts, it has to become a part of your lifestyle.
