Follow @ainttooproudtomeg ✨🧀 WHIPPED BRIE ✨🧀 Some tips- 1) make sure Brie is really cold to get all the rind off 2) after cubing, let sit out so it gets to room temp before whipping. 3) I used a food processor but Thomas Keller and many other recipes use a mixer with paddle attachment. 4) I used 2x 8oz wheels of Brie and reserved half for another topping.
