Bro-Split adalah salah satu split yang populer dilakukan, bahkan gua pernah lakuin split ini di 3 bulan awal latihan gua tahun 2015 lalu. Namun ada alasan mengapa gua kurang suka untuk lakuin bro split. Ga semua otot recover di waktu yang sama, misalkan biceps sama hamstring. Hamstring mungkin bisa membutuhkan 2-4 hari untuk recover, dan biceps mungkin cuma butuh 1-2 hari aja untuk recover.
