Saindo do conforto. Os treinos dessa semana definitivamente pegaram meu ponto fraco: giros. Mesmo nos treinos de Parkour tudo foi girando. Sabe o que aconteceu? Eu melhorei. Me surpreendi com minha evolução e como foi se tornando mais tranquilo os twists no meio dos movimentos de Parkour. Essa é a ordem das coisas. Você experimenta novos caminhos e chega a novos lugares.
