Kalo di daerah kalian ini namanya sayuran apa? Udangnya aku beli Dried Ebi dari merk @Crystal of the Sea tinggal di rendam pake air panas aja tunggu sampai udangnya empuk. Tumisan Waluhnya jadi lebih nikmat dan wangi. 📌 Bumbu kuning MPASI: link bio no 99 Kemarin elshanum disuapin otak sapi di goreng gini.. approve banget. Lembut banget dan engga terlalu amis. Aku pake bumbu kuning @Plum Blum ininrasanya enak banget dan lekoh ke masakannya. Bisa dipakai untuk ungkep ayam atau daging juga nih. Abon sapi ini aku bikin ga terlalu kering, kalo mau lebih kering bisa digoreng lebih lama dengan mintak yg banyak. Lalu setelahnya diperas menggunakan alat pemeras abon. Aku ga peras lagi, aku menggunakan minyak kelapa @Plum Blum Bisa disimpan di chiller dalam wadah kedap udara, aku seminggu masih aman. Nasi goreng ditambahin ebi gini rasanya tambah enaaak banget. Kalo ga ada ebi, boleh banget diganti dengan terasi yg dipanggang dulu yaa sebelumnya. Karena aku bikinnya kids friendly jadi ga ditambah cengek/cabe, kalo mau tinggal tambahin aja rasanya bakal lebih enak banget. Ebi nya aku beli dari @Crystal of the Sea udah bersih banget, ga perlu dicuci. Snack tergampil yg Elshanum sukaaaaa sekali dimasa lagi susah makan gini. Selalu habis dan lahap sekali makannya.Boleh banget tambahin toping ayam/udang biar lebih sedap.
