Membalas @ex gerakan pertama itu hip trust versi dirumah (tanpa alat alat seperti yg ada di gym. Bisa rebahan di matras, bisa juga nyender di sofa atau di meja yg mungkin tinggi seperti yg aku bilang, atau kalian bisa liat aja contoh aku hip thrust di gym, nah senderannya tingginya seperti itu. Kalau merasa ganyaman dgn gerakannya, bisa lakuin gerakan glutes yg lain, karna ada banyakkkk banget gerakan glutes yg bisa dilakukan dirumah selain hip thrust.
