O que você não vê, é o que destrói sua obra. 🏗️⚠️ Muita gente foca no acabamento, na pintura e no porcelanato caro, mas esquece que o “coração” da edificação está onde ninguém olha: nas redes de drenagem e escoamento. O vídeo mostra uma desobstrução de canaleta com jato de alta pressão. Parece simples, né? Mas imagine o peso e a pressão hidrostática que esse acúmulo de entulho e água parada gera nas paredes laterais desse muro.
