We devoured these patriotic nachos & s'mores | nachos, short film | We devoured these patriotic nachos & s'mores #inthekitchenwithkurt #nachos #smores #summerfood This original video was produced by Original, Homespun... | By Original, Homespun Short Films | Hershey bars. In our tray like this. Be about six Hershey bars. And oh no I am short of Hershey bars. So let's see what we have in the fridge. Uh oh right here we go. We got Mister Beast. My sons are big Mister Beast fans so we're going to add his chocolate bar to the mix. Alright. Ooh look at that. Mister Beast Bar. Pen bowl. You know what? Hold on. Here's another. Another Mister Beast Bar. Cuz we can't we can't leave that gap there. No we can't. Then I have some blue glitter and some red glitter. It's edible right? It yes it was in it was it was in the baking aisle. Okay it's in the food section. It was in the baking aisle. Okay good good good. Alright. Alright here we go. We'll just add it. Well, look at that little log. Alright, we'll just dump that there. Okay. Okay, we're going to break that down. There we go. Now, we take our jet puffed marshmallows. Check that out. We got our jet puffed marshmallows. Yay. And we're just going to take one of those. Put a little toothpick in there. Mhm. Then we're going to dip it in water. Get it wet. And then come over here and do our blue crystals. Mhm. And we'll just roll it. Aw. Roll it. Roll it. Roll it. Now, come back over here. Cute. And we'll just put that right there. Awesome. Okay and we'll just keep doing that. Dipped in the water. Roll it in the crystals. That are hopefully edible. I I am you know tore off the all the wrappings of it. I'm sure it's fine. But now we're going to go over to the red. Just roll it. Pretty color. Yeah, you know what that does. Brilliantly. I'm just going to use my fingers and then we'll come over here and lay right next to. Look at that vibrant color. Wowsers. That is so amazing. Just get back up there. You just want to roll it around. If you want to do this in a bowl you can. If you want to like do it in a baggy and just have a big old bunch of toss them around in a bag of sugar. Go for it. But we're just making a line of red. Alright now that we have that second row of blue we're going to add some white marshmallows which are just just the plain ones. Do you know that marshmallow has been around for like centuries and it was considered a like delicacy? Really? Among the pharaohs? No way. Among the pharaohs. Not like say puff marshmallow. But but marshmallows in general were a delicacy. Wow. But they were perfected in like the nineteen think of the 40s or the fifties. Now, watch this. Look at that. Look at that. So easy. Just need marshmallows. So sweet. Some food glitter. What is it called? Food glitter. Sparkles? Food sparkles? Food crystals. Sugar crystals. Okay. And some Hershey bars. Alright. Whatever they're called. They're edible. We're going to pop these in the oven three fifty, 7 to 10 minutes. Okay. Until it's all melted and gooey delicious. Alright, let's see how. Oh, baby. Oh, look at those brilliant color. Look at that. Oh my goodness. Marshmallows are. This could be the star of your Fourth of July Independence Day get together. S'mores for people without a campfire. Exactly. This is this is probably like a little bit easier to use. So just grab your your honey made graham crackers. You you made it plenty like I have it. And you just going to take one of these babies. See what I'm going to go over this corner over here. Okay. Make sure you dip down all the way into the chocolate. Yes yes. This ain't my first word Look at that. Oh heavens. Can I get the chocolate? Oh yeah. Oh man. Okay let's eat it a little bit. I'm afraid of eating this. You better blow on it. Or you will burn yourself. Yeah. While you do that I'm just going to give another second look at this because this is beautiful. Alright here we go. Are you ready? Yeah yeah yeah let's do this before it falls. Okay. Ooh. Fiberglass tongue. It really wasn't that bad. Oh man. That was zoomy. Yeah. If I could I would stick my face in this. Just kidding. You would bring your but that that is real good. It is fun to eat and it's just an easier way of It's a dipping s'more. Yeah. It's a dip and s'more. Now you can see the chocolate in there. Look at that. It looks like a candy cane dipped in chocolate. There's nothing wrong with that. So we got a pound of ground beef that I've seasoned with some Mexican seasoning. Okay. And over here I have some grilled chicken. It's also been seasoned. We'll just put that over here. That way this dish you have a couple of options. You have chicken and beef options. Mm okay. Alright. Next we're going to go we have some salsa. We have some paste chunky medium salsa. Mhm. And we're just going to take this right over here. And I'll just creed. Okay. Okay. And we'll do another little Wow, that's a lot of salsa. Lot of salsa. It's okay. We we like the salsa. Ooh that one went further than the other ones. Yeah is that right? You alright? It's okay. It's alright. Trust me. Follow me. Okay. Okay so we got our salsa. We got these little lines here now. We got some shredded cheddar. This is white cheddar. Okay. Now we're just going to sprinkle it. Sprinkle. Okay. We're going to do some more right here. Oh yeah. See? That could problem solve. Just not good at keeping it inside. Rhythm. Now, Grab yourself a bag of blue corn tortilla chips. Something so wonderful about sniffing a freshly open bag of chips. Okay. And then we're just going to put these chips right over here. Oh that's why you didn't put the salsa over there. Gotta have blue chips. Blue. I mean they don't taste any different but they are kind of fun and and festive and Add some unique color to your dish. I'm going to put those right there. And we are almost done. Got this slice of cheese right here. I'm going to take my cookie cutter. Press that in. And I like to do this just to give it a little shake. And then I'll pull this up. Separate it. Oh yeah. Look at that. Separate it. Star. Place it right there. And then watch this. There you go. That's adorbs. It's like nachos. It's totally nachos. It's also dinner. Yeah. We're going to take this and we're going to pop this in the oven at three fifty, 375 for 10 to 15 minutes and we just want to make sure that all the cheese and meat are melted and heated. And let's check it out. Smells wonderful and it looks good too. Look at that. So patriotic and fun and festive. Or a little burn star. And star. Well you know it just looks antique. You know like there's some patina going on. And this is what you do. You just you have all your cheese. It's all melted. You could let it melt a little longer if you want. I'm just going to dig in there. Yeah there you go. Take my chip. Let's go over here to this corner. And we're going to get in there. Get some. Get some meat under there. Look. Get some stir to your chips. Ooh. Ooh you got a you got a good bite there. You got meat and cheese. This is going to be so hot. It is going to be so hot. Well not terribly. I'm afraid. For the first time. It's not going to be terribly hot. No. You just reheated it. Okay there we go. No. It's really good. Yeah. It's not. It's hot. I'm okay. I got a fiberless tongue. Yeah. It's really good. I mean, it's you can add other things to it but if you're looking for something festive for the 4th of July or any day that you're feeling patriotic, get yourself some of this. Yeah. Happy fourth.
