2 INGREDIENT GLUTEN FREE PASTA: โข 1 + 2/3 cup of gluten free plain flour โข 3 eggs Thatโs it! Just make your little flour moat and add your eggs in the centre, and beat them, slowly working in the flour until itโs a dough. Just make sure you use LOTS of GF flour to dust as itโs way less forgiving then when you work with gluten, so itโll get stuck more easily to the bench.
