Did you have chocolate crunch at school? 💕 400g plain flour 300g sugar 40g cocoa powder 300g melted margarine (or butter!) 1 egg Mix everything together and press firmly into a lined tin (ours was 8x11 inch) Fork the top. Sprinkle with a little extra sugar. Bake at 160°C for around 45 mins Slice into triangles while it’s still warm Enjoy on its own or with a generous pour of pink school custard! 🩷
