Hot Chocolate–Soaked Chocolate Cake This cake borrows the soaking technique of tres leches and applies it to hot chocolate. With the magic ingredients of local milk, cream and butter the result is an extremely moist chocolate cake that absorbs a rich cocoa soak and finishes with a smooth chocolate ganache.
