How to make eel sauce at home! I always get asked where to buy it but I just make it myself! Recipe below š«¶ INGREDIENTS (makes ~1/2 cup): 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup mirin 2 tbs sugar DIRECTIONS: 1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan 2. Simmer on low-med heat for ~10 mins. 3. Stir often & turn off heat once it thickens. (itāll thicken more as it cools & be like honey) 4.
