In this economy every little bit counts! Make bows instead of buying them 1. High ponytail 2. Split into two (top and bottom) 3. Hairtie on the top 4. Divide that section down the middle and create a hole 5. Invert(topsy tail) the top ponytail THROUGH the hole 6. Pull the bottom ponytail through the hole 7.
