here are the directions! very important to follow ☝🏽 1. use ceremonial grade matcha. culinary matcha is for baking and tastes bitter in lattes. you want your matcha bright green 2. heat water to 175°F. anything hotter will burn your matcha 3. sift 1–2 tsp of matcha to remove clumps 4. add water and whisk well. you want a nice bubble layer on top 5. i’ve been mixing almond milk & creamer. whisk together pour matcha over milk mixture#matchalatte#bestmatcha
