Homemade bacon is one of those things that sounds complicated… but it’s actually really simple. It does take time, but the flavor and quality you get at the end? 100% worth it. I’ve been making my own bacon for years, but this time I decided to try a recipe from Jess Pryles and it turned out so good. Here’s the ingredient breakdown from her recipe: Ingredients (Jess Pryles Recipe):
• 9 lb skinless, boneless pork belly
• 9 tbsp kosher salt
• 1 cup white sugar
• 6 tbsp pepper
• 6 tsp paprika
• 3 ...
Mais
