Pulpo con chimichurri 🐙 Octopus w chimichurri 🔥 Ingredients: 1 clean, whole fresh octopus Remove the beak Boil water with onion and bay leaves Dip 3 times in boiling water then then place head down Boil for 50 minutes For chimichurri sauce: 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley 1-2 garlic cloves minced 2 tsp dried oregano Red pepper flakes salt to taste 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar Cut off octopus head and slice the legs apart Brush with chimichurri Grill
