Day 11/20- Shakshuka! Ingredients: - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 capsicum diced - 1 brown onion diced - 4 cloves of garlic minced - 2 tsp cumin - 1 tbsp paprika - 1 tsp chilli flakes - 1 tin tomatos - Eggs - Olive oil - Bread to serve - Parsley to garnish 1.
