Crockpot Beefy Beans 🌶️🫘 This one is packed with flavor and couldn’t be easier. I added a 3 lb chuck roast to my crockpot along with 1 lb cleaned pinto beans, 2 chopped Anaheim chiles, 2 Roma tomatoes, 1 red bell pepper, 1 large onion, and 6 cloves of garlic. Then I added 1 small can of chipotle sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato bouillon, 2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 beer, and 4 cups beef broth.
