BRUNCH EDITION: Boujee croque monsieur bites for $10.87 Traditionally, croque monsieur is made with gruyere, which is not in the budget with puff pastry! So Aldi has this gruyere swiss blend we're going to use. It works fab! If you're thinking "this would be good with an egg," then add an egg! Ingredientes: 500 g de polvilho azedo, 3 ovos, 100 ml de leite, 100 ml de água, 150 ml de óleo e 1 colher (chá) de sal. Preparo: Ferva a água, o óleo e o sal. Despeje sobre o polvilho para escaldar e misture. Quando mornar, adicione os 3 ovos e o leite até formar uma massa lisa. Assar: Molde os palitos num tabuleiro com o saco de confeiteiro e asse a 200 °C por 20 a 25 minutos.
