Desi Eggs Recipe 👇🏼 Ingredients: • 2 tbsp oil, butter, or ghee (I use @Nanak Foods ghee) • 1 large white/yellow onion, chopped • 1–1.5 tomatoes, chopped • Thai green chilies (as many or as few as you like) • ½ tbsp red chili powder (adjust to taste) • ½ tbsp cumin seeds • 1 tsp turmeric • Salt to taste • 4 eggs • Cilantro for garnish • Optional: cheese on top Instructions: 1.
