GARLIC ROSEMARY COMPOUND BUTTER Steak Nights will never be the same at home! Recipe: 4-6 Garlic Cloves 3 Sprigs Rosemary 1 Small Shallot Salt & Pepper to taste Olive Oil 1 Cup Softened Butter In a small pot, Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and rosemary until rosemary is crispy and garlic cloves are golden brown. Add rosemary leaves, garlic, butter, shallot, salt and pepper to a mixer and blend until smooth and incorporated.
