A grey whale makes a surprise appearance in Laguna Beach, swimming just feet away from shore. 🐋🌊 @markgirardeau — "This is still one of my favorite drone shots of a juvenile gray whale in Laguna Beach which I shot in 2016. The people in the water never saw the whale but a few people on the beach did. This is due to the glare since you can’t see below the surface when you're at the surface level but the aerial angle shows everything!" 📽️ @markgirardeau 📍 Laguna Beach, California.
