Making the viral Korean mochi cookies (chapssal cookies) ๐ฐ๐ท๐ช recipe from @Sophia H. Lim Mix together: -3 cups of glutinous rice flour -half cup of brown sugar -half tbsp of baking powder -1 tbsp oil -1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) -1.5 cups of milk or water - half cup of chocolate chips Mix until it forms a runny paste, bake on a lined baking sheet in the oven for 10-12mins on 200 degrees celcius#mochi#cookies#viral#koreanfood#easydessert
