You don鈥檛 have to have fancy tools to get started with sourdough! You can use a mason jar with a rubber band for your starter. A regular mixing bowl to mix, fold, and proof the dough. A spoon or your hand to mix it. A 1.5 qt bowl with a kitchen towel for proofing. Or, just a loaf pan! Parchment paper instead of a silicone sling.
