This is what I made for my wife as her personal chef. she requested salmon ochazuke for dinner! Ochazuke is really just green tea or a dashi that’s poured over rice with whatever toppings you have at home. But I like it served with seared salmon or unagi. Seasoned simply with salt, into a hot pan with oil to get a nice sear and cooked to medium.
