Using a variable router jig to pocket for this steel table leg on the back of this cherry table top. I used some setup blocks around the leg equal to the offset from my guide bushing, the 1/2" downcut bit worked perfectly following the variable template, once the majority was cut a corner chisel made for easy squaring of the edges for a perfect fit!
