To all my new grad nurses out there listen to all the advice the OG nurses are giving out!!!!! It’s honestly sad that a coworker will go behind your back to inform your mgmt team of something you said to them that was harmless but makes you look bad in their eyes. But it’s all good. One thing for certain I will be staying to MYSELF moving forward!
