This is how I make mine 🍎✨: 1. Chop apple into little squares 2. Toss in my pot and add maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract, and mix 3. Put the lid on and place over low/medium heat 4. Let cook for 10-15min, the apples are ready when they are soft and you can easily cut through them with your spoon 5. Add on top of yogurt with some nuts & granola, don't forget the maple syrup that formed in the pot !!!#guthealth#guthealthtips#guthealth#guthealthy
