π½πππ πΎππππ πππ πππππ w/ JalapeΓ±o Chimichurri A few years back, I made beef cheek lumpia, these take it to a whole new level. π― I seasoned the beef cheeks with @Fire & Smoke Society Super Special Prime, a top-tier brisket and steak rub, and they turned out insane. Beef cheeks are already rich, so I threw in some Cotija cheese for that creamy bite, then topped it off with a fire jalapeΓ±o chimichurri.
