I’m always torn when I have to answer which pasta is my favourite, and the pasta alla norma is always in my mind when that happens. Working together with an amazing chef like Sebastian, we decided to do it the most traditional way possible, with the vegetable mill and all (but when you make this at home you can easily just use tomato sauce or crush some San Marzano tomatoes and skip that step) 🇮🇹 So, what’s your favourite pasta?##food
