Temple of Kom Ombo: softer sandstone walls & pillars (made in sections) surround this green artefact that was precision crafted from a single piece of extremely hard granodiorite stone. Although it is damaged by the ages, notice its glossy smooth top, enigmatic surfaces & the symbol of the serpent that it features. Did this artefact predate the others?
