PAR BAKE. This is for all my people who’s ovens don’t get to 550° F. The goal is to get the top and bottom to finish at the same time. With lower heat ovens, you risk the cheese burning before getting the desired finish of the crust. You can try this instead to avoid pale pizza.#pizza#tutorial
