did i mention that i worked for nandos for 3years 😆 .. in the oil add salt,black n white pepper,egg yellow powder (it's food coloring,in powder form.dnt add if u dont have,its not a must) ginger garlic,chillie paste. if u don't have chillie paste u can add crush chillies. n if u don't want to add chillies u don't have to. brush n grill in oven. if u don't want to grill on the braai. u can finish it off it in the oven. pour ur cream/nandos sauce over the chicken n place in the oven for 10min...
