BRUNCH EDITION: Boujee croque monsieur bites for $10.87 Traditionally, croque monsieur is made with gruyere, which is not in the budget with puff pastry! So Aldi has this gruyere swiss blend we're going to use. It works fab! If you're thinking "this would be good with an egg," then add an egg!
