Dinner 3 of my $20 Dollar Tree dinner series: Pasta in a Rosatella Sauce! I made a creamy roux with oil, flour, milk, and Parmesan, then added a can of garlic herb pasta sauce to make it rich and velvety. It’s kind of like a cross between Alfredo and marinara—and way better than you’d expect from budget ingredients. I used spaghetti, but any pasta works.
