Minister Dias Toffoli, of the Federal Supreme Court, decided this Wednesday (September 6, 2023) to annul all evidence of the leniency agreement of the construction company Odebrecht, which was used in accusations and convictions resulting from Operation Lava Jato. In his decision, the minister states that the arrest of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) was a “framework” and “one of the biggest judicial errors in the country’s history”.
