Ingredients: Sugar, margarine, a pinch of salt, 395g of heavy cream, condensed milk to taste, fresh coconut flakes, coconut milk. Preparation: Melt the sugar until caramelized. Mix the margarine and let it cook a little with the sugar. Stir in the cream and condensed milk and let it cook a little longer. Mix the flakes and coconut milk, cover and cook until the point shown in the video.
