Brazilian Cheese Bread - Ingredients: 1 & ½ cup of tapioca flour 2/3 cup whole milk (for vegan or paleo diet sub Plant milk) 1/3 extra virgin olive oil ½ cup cheddar cheese (for vegan diet sub Plant milk & Paleo aged cheese) 1 egg 1 tsp salt Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 20 mins (or until golden brown – might take extra 5 mins).
