Maomao’s ice cream 🍧🧊 - I used 350ml of cold heavy cream (36%), (Maomao used milk, but I think I would not manage to get it this thick with what I had available) - 6 tablespoons of sugar - dried appricots, walnuts and peaches (she probably also used dates) For freezing I added up 10 tablespoons of salt. Th ice cream could be even more condensed but my hand would fall off 🫠 also it would be better in two metal bowls - big for ice, small for cream ☺️🧊 better cold transfer 😛 Thank you guys f...
