Recipe: 1.5-2 kgs corned beef / silverside 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbls brown sugar 1 tsp bi carb soda 2 tbls balsamic vinegar 1.25 litres Dry Ginger Ale - room temp (warm water to cover) Wash corned beef under water to remove any excess brine and salt.
